HOW WILL WE BE ABLE TO CONNECT VIRTUALLY?
All appointments are done virtually through our secure and HIPAA compliant Simple Practice platform, which is where you will also get client portal access.
DO YOU OFFER ANY IN PERSON SESSIONS?
At this time, all individual sessions are being held virtually-- this may change in the near future so continue to check back for updates.
Groups however will be held in person.
HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?
Initial sessions and follow up sessions will differ in price. Please contact us to go over session pricing during our initial phone consult-- at that time we can talk about goals and answer any questions pertaining to appointments!
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
At this time, we accept Aetna insurance only. Superbills can however be provided after each session to show to your insurance to see if any reimbursement will be possible. Your insurance provider may provide you with partial or full reimbursement for the cost of our sessions depending upon your insurance provider and plan.
CAN I USE MY FSA OR HSA FOR PAYMENT?
Yes! You can use your flexible spending account or health savings account to pay for sessions. We also accept all major credit card as well as cash or check payments.
HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?
This will depend on what we are working on and the intensity of support needed. Typically sessions are held once per week (especially after the initial session) however, the frequency may be more or less depending on your individual needs.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU OUTSIDE OF SESSION TIME?
You can always send me an email if you have any questions or need anything outside of session time. You can also call or leave me a message however there is no guarantee I will be able to answer you immediately. Any voicemails or emails outside of session time during the business week will be responded to within 24 hours!
HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF YOU ARE HOLDING GROUPS?
Groups that are being held will always be listed and updated on our site.
Check out our "updates" sections on the home page to see current and upcoming groups being offered! Insurance will not be accepted for groups, only for individual sessions.
WHICH STATES DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE IN?
We offer services across the state of Maryland and Virginia. Services in DC may be offered soon.
